Ingredients
- 1 package (10 oz) oyster crackers
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1½ Tbsp ranch dip mix (14 g, or 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch)
- 1 tsp dill
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp MSG (Accent, etc.)
Directions
- Stir all the seasonings into the oil.
- Combine the crackers and seasoned oil — a Ziploc bag works best — and shake to coat evenly.
- Microwave the mix for 1 minute, then stir.
- Microwave 1 more minute and stir again. Wait a minute, then taste — if they aren’t crispy yet, give them one more round.
