Ingredients
- 2 to 2½ cups unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (¼ oz) instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ¾ cup warm water (about 110–120°F)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
- With the S-blade in place, add 2 cups of the flour, the yeast, sugar, garlic powder, and salt to a food processor. Pulse a couple of times.
- Add the warm water and oil and process until a soft dough forms.
- If it’s still sticky, add extra flour a few tablespoons at a time and process again.
- Shape into a ball, place in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place until roughly doubled, about an hour.
- Shape and use as normal.
