Ingredients
- 11 whole graham crackers (6 oz)
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 2½ cups confectioners’ sugar
- ¾ cup smooth or chunky peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- 1¼ cups chocolate chips
Directions
- Line a 9x13-inch pan with the whole graham crackers.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter, confectioners’ sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the graham crackers and chill for 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over the chilled peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Let the chocolate set, then cut into bars. Makes 24.
