Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream or non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp anchovy paste or 2 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Up to ⅓ cup milk
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, whisking in as much milk as needed to make it as thick or thin as you like.
